Thread-topic: Aligning CDT's Standalone debugger version with CDT's version

Hi,

Having a different version of the Standalone debugger (version 1.2 or 2.0) compared to CDT's version (9.0) sounds like it will cause confusion. I would like to bump the Standalone debugger to 9.0 for the Neon release.

Any objections?
