Here are the minutes of today's (Multicore) Debug workgroup call:

** CDT call and Debug call will be merged. We'll hold a single monthly call on the first Tuesday of the month. **

Of interest:
- Substitute path contribution re-uses exiting UI but has GDB do path mapping when possible (review ongoing)
- Full GDB console support proof-of-concept.  Now waiting for GDB to release the feature CDT depends on.
- Reverse debugging with btrace still pending.  Still hoping to get this in for Neon.
- CDT 9.0: People are encouraged to look at actions at https://wiki.eclipse.org/CDT/APIBreakages
