[cdt-dev] verifier job time

Our verifier job is taking way to much time. Last successful build was 50 min long.

When running in parallel it almost for sure will have failing testing somewhere in debug.

Indexer tests are running for 10 min, with some of individual tests taking 20-30 second, what is it doing for 30 seconds??
