Yes, my intern had this. We got rid of it by editing the target file in the target editor and clicking update with the launchbar repo selected. That seemed to force the new versions to install. Not sure why. PDE is such a mess these days.

I'm getting "Unsatisfied version constraint: 'org.eclipse.launchbar.core: 2.0.0'" errors in MANIFEST.MF files of the plugins that depend on the launchbar. The target platform is set to cdt_e4.6 and contents of the target platform show org.eclipse.launchbar.core
2.0.0.201511262116. Does anybody else see these errors?
