CDT 8.8.0 for Mars.1 is now available! [1] 
The Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers is available from the regular location at https://www.eclipse.org/downloads

The CDT p2 repo is up at http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/8.8
And a zip file of the repo's contents is available at http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/8.8/cdt-8.8.0.zip

The RCP stand-alone debugger is available from: http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/8.8/r/rcp
