[cdt-dev] A couple of small reviews

Hi all,

I was asked about two small reviews posted for CDT.
They are actually very small, but I'm not familiar with the area of Language Mappings,
and I cannot tell if the fix is correct or hiding something else.

If someone can have a look, it may turn out to be a very quick review.
