Also, but Marc-Andre already know this, the problem only started happening when using platform M5.
M4 and previous were fine.

AFAICT it was sitting in an infinite loop in org.apache.felix.resolver.ResolverImpl.resolve method.

In case you had problems running tests using the 4.5 target, there was a problem with multiple Jetty versions included in the target that made the startup hang. It is now fixed in master. See https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/42162/
