I'm not aware of an open bug about this. I didn't think it could be a bug in Equinox but that's possible! I can open a bug with reproducable steps and see what they say.

In case you had problems running tests using the 4.5 target, there was a problem with multiple Jetty versions included in the target that made the startup hang. It is now fixed in master. See https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/42162/
