[cdt-dev] CDT 8.6 RC4 and probable final build posted

Hi all,

I have posted the RC4 build to our download site.
Unless a major problem is found, this is the final 8.6 build.

The build is based on commit: 4fb1274ec5914c38e47bd3649507726fda26150b

Please run some tests to make sure there are no obvious surprises.
We can always do a re-spin for something really major.
