[cdt-dev] CDT 8.6 joint testing

Hello,

time for our joint testing effort.  Previous times it only took 1 to 2 hours per person and allowed us to find a couple of serious bugs.

Look for "CDT 8.6 testing" in the bottom section of https://wiki.eclipse.org/CDT/Manual_Testing

The tests are mostly around Debug but that is only because those are the ones currently written.

So people can also help by adding some tests for other areas to improve our coverage.
