It turns out that the EPP package uses the logo found in the www.eclipse.org/downloads git repo.

I’ve pushed a change to Gerrit to get the new logo in: https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/38580/

 

The other webpages have been updated and our master repo has been as well.

 

I believe that completes the icon transition.
