[cdt-dev] LaunchBar repo

Hey gang,

For the LaunchBar, I’d like to follow the org.eclipse.remote’s strategy of putting code that isn’t directly tied to the rest of the project (PTP in their case) into it’s own git repo. This will allow use to easily move the LaunchBar to a IDE commons project if and when that happens. I will also rename the plug-ins and other things to remove CDT from them.

I’ll also do this in parallel and leave the current launch bar plug-ins where they and give people a chance to transition.

Let me know if you have any objections.
