The complexity seemed to be to figure out the proper list of plugins to use in the launch
so as to match what the Standalone debugger actually uses.  Your suggestion of using
the launch file you submitted on Gerrit helped a lot.  I believe I got it working now.

It made me think that it may be a good idea to include a Standalone Debugger launch
file as part of the Standalone debugger plugin.  It would make contribution to the 
standalone debugger much easier.  We should then keep this file up-to-date when
making changes to the list of plugins used by the standalone debugger.

What do you think?
