[cdt-dev] Requesting a re-spin for RC4

Hi,

Alvaro found a serious bug.  When launching more than one debug sessions at the same time, only
the first session gets breakpoints!

I would prefer not to wait 8 months to get this fix out, so I would like to re-spin RC4 if the reviewer
of the fix agrees that it is safe.

Any one against that?
I have to email higher powers about it, so I'll wait a couple hours to see if there are opinions,
before emailing.
