I would like to request a re-spin. I just got ok from Marc and Marc-Andre to
post my CDT Stand-alone Debugger patch into M7 and I just pushed it to master.
The Standalone stuff doesn't touch other CDT items and is just an Eclipse
Product to use via some include scripts.
I will also need to add the new Standalone feature to the CPP EPP, but I can't
do that until it is part of the build.

I just did a build from CDT master. I've checked to make sure the signing was re-enabled (which it is). I would also like to use this for our M7 build. If you'd like a new spin, let me know and I can update it. We have until Wed afternoon Eastern.
