That's actually going to be a requirement from the Planning Council to reach feature freeze at RC1.

+1, we don't want to delay people working on master.
Are you also implying a feature freeze at RC1?

Hey gang,

I have added 8.3 to the list of Bugzilla versions as well as added 8.3 and 8.4 to the milestones.

Also some thoughts in branching. When we hit RC1 for 8.3 we should branch and allow 8.4 development to kick off on master a bit earlier than we normally do. What do you think?
