I used the same project (the same generated binary :  as I use the same toolchain MinGW) with CDT 8.1.2 and it works well.

How do you explain this ?

Which version of MinGW are you using ?

That's why the list in the dialog is empty. It seems there is a problem with your executable not the parser.
