Yes. Andrew updated the "What's new" page, some debug pages were updated, I added Pin call hierarchy and probably other things got changed.

I think it should be uploaded. There are more complaints about the doc not being there than complaints about it being outdated. I update them when I change something but at some point we'll have to go back and add the missing stuff.

Looks like CDT missed the initiative here:

When the same happened to WTP, they tracked it with a bug, asking webmaster to pull the right plugins:
