Re: [cdt-dev] FW: [epp-dev] Juno SR1 RC4 EPP packages

Hello

The LTTng2 features [1] for the support of LTTng Tracer Toolchain 2.0
work also in Windows because the trace parser (Common Trace Format
CTF) is written in Java. The LTTng legacy features which are based on
LTTng Tracer Toolchain 0.x wouldn't work for Windows because they need
native libraries installed. In the Eclipse CDT EPP packages (Linux,
Windows etc) only the LTTng2 features are included. So it's ok for
Windows and nothing needs to be changed. BTW, I tried LTTng2 for
Windows after downloading CDT EPP SR1 RC4 and it works fine.

[1] LTTng2 features

LTTng Kernel Analysis 1.1.1.201209191645

Tools
CTF - Common Trace Format 1.0.0.201209191645
