Still not fixed:

Hi package maintainers,

the build with the Juno SR1 RC3 packages is ready for testing:

Updates can be tested with the repositories

  http://build.eclipse.org/technology/epp/epp_build/juno/download/20120912-2044/repository/ and
  http://download.eclipse.org/releases/maintenance/

Please send your vote until tomorrow/Friday... I'd like to release the packages in time on the development tab of the Eclipse download page.
