It's interesting that http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/index.html shows a stop sign next to platform M7. Tests failed across all supported platforms.

The tests aren't being run yet. That stop icon is being detected by PHP code because it must be looking for a file that's missing. But that build is http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops4/I20120503-1800/ which did succeed (but has tests not run).
