Hi all, Doug,

I should be pushing a couple of contributions from Anton Gorenkov (xgsa@) pretty soon about using Run-time type.
The review is done with Gerrit.

What do I do about the IP flag in bugzilla?
According to 
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Development_Resources/Handling_Git_Contributions#Gerrit

"When approved, committer reflects approval on the Gerrit record (i.e. they flip the IP bit on)."
"...mark contributions "IP Clean +1""

In bugzilla, we used to mark the ip flag as '-' for committers and as '+' for contributions.
In Gerrit, we mark everything as '+1'.  Is that gonna allow Doug to figure out what are
contributions?
