[cdt-dev] Mylyn connector

Does anybody knows who wrote CDT mylyn connector, was it us or mylyn
guys? The problem is that it depends on CDT feature,
and our product does not actually include feature because we include
our own set of plugins. So user cannot install mylyn connector.
Is this possible in theory to fix mylyn connector to depend of plugins
instead of feature?
