[cdt-dev] Referencing entries in the CDT index by name

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate information from the CDT index into a EMF model, and would like to be able to refer to elements in the index through a URI. Is there anything I can use which is already in place? In other words, I would like to be able to construct an URI "scheme:/segments/..." such that this URI will uniquely define an element in the index.
