[cdt-dev] what happened to 'Exclude from Build' option?

Hello,

In Eclipse Indigo, you could right click on a file in Project Explorer and select "Resource Configuration -> Exclude from Build". This had the effect of, for example, not having the file indexed.

In Eclipse Juno M4, this option is gone. What happened to it? What should I do if I would like a file or folder to not be indexed?
