Thread-topic: CWD and PWD

Hey gang,

CWD and PWD are defined automatically by default on new build configs. This has actually caused problems with various scripts, especially on Windows. The latest example is with the configure script as called by the autotools plug-in.

I can’t remember why they are there and shouldn’t be necessary. Anyone mind me removing them?
