Hi,

As part of the fix to
Bug 337893 - Setting breakpoints on a running target does not work with multi-process
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=337893

I added new (backward compatible) APIs.  The APIs are not necessary for
the solution, but I'm sure they will be requested from people extending DSF-GDB.

Since we are past API freeze, I wanted to let people know about it.
If someone objects, please let me know.
