Is there anyone available to review these patches at present? It would
be great to see these GDB 6.x/7.x parity fixes rolled in to CDT 7.0.2.

I submitted a couple of small patches regarding GDB 7.x thread
information recently:

Are these patches suitable for the cdt_7_0 branch? It would be great to
see these issues resolved in CDT 7.0.2.
