[cdt-dev] CDT 8 moving to Platform 3.7M4 
Hey gang,

There are a couple of CDT 8 features that will be using new APIs in the
Eclipse Platform. As soon as M4 of the 3.7 Platform is released,
consider CDT HEAD dependent upon it. We need to migrate now to allow
time for those features to mature before we release.
