There is only one psf file.
I went ahead and added the memory plugins to the psf. As for what in the
pst is a superset, of the CDT package, that shouldn't be a problem.
There's no hard definition of what should be in the psf file. It
should contain at a minimum the plugins in the CDT package, but it
can contain any of the "extras", too.

I downloaded this file and used it to get all the CDT source code. But
the memory plugins are not mentioned in the above file

Also, the .psf file includes some plugins which are not a part of the CDT
Helios product download. Is there some other file which defines the
plugins which go into the CDT Helios product download?
