I tried to update the feature version when I see a plugin version change...but I might miss it sometimes. Toni had starting making some updates for CDT 7.0.2. Thanks.

Going up is the right thing to do. We should be doing that for any changes to the plugins. Although as we're always using the timestamp as the qualifier in recent years, the update mechanism works even if you don't change it.

 
Also, what do we do about the feature that contains the plugin?
Vivian had said we must update the version, but it wasn't clear to me when this should be done.

Yeah, we used to upversion all the features to reflect the CDT version, i.e. all the features would move to 7.0.2 to get ready for the next SR. But I'm not sure what policy we're following now.
