[cdt-dev] DSF disassembly view and custom breakpoints

I don't see how one could add a custom breakpoint to the DSFdisassembly view without exercising internal classes. For starters,IBreakpointLocationProvider is in an internal package (alsoprovisional; maybe it should have just been the later?).
