Only the ones changed in 2010.  Copyright law protects the author for 70-something years since the work was created or since the death of the author.  The dates in the copyright notice indicate when the work was created or modified so you'll know when it becomes public domain... not that anyone will care about Eclipse in 70 years ;-).
