RE: [cdt-dev] indexer and encoding changes
I'd say it is a bug, the indexer should react to the encoding change.

Should the indexer get triggered when you change the encoding of a file or folder? I know it fires a resource delta when you do that but the indexer seems to be ignoring it. Is this a bug?
