Doug, should I be seeing your fix for ScannerDiscovery in this build?
I see 201005311212 listed as the latest qualifier for RC3, but I am not 
seeing the fixed behaviour I saw with build #193.  If the build 
represents the snapshot time, I don't think it will have your fix which 
you posted about on 0531 at 6 pm regarding build 193.
