I'd like to kickoff another RC3 respin for the following bugs:

314212 CDT Feature copyright dates are outdated

314213 Version and Copyright are outdated in cdt doc.isv

314976 The "notice.html" in cdt-master.zip is outdated

I will set it up for 12pm EDT.
