Codan does need CDT/Eclipse but you can remove some stuff. You need recursive list of needed plugins and the rest you can remove (you can generate the list using eclipse).

For this eclipse is needed. Is it possible to remove Eclipse part fully or partially (probably by using some lightweight components of eclipse)?
