Yes, there is currently a bug* with Hudson that may cause the main project page to fail on occasion.

Until it is resolved, https://build.eclipse.org/hudson/job/cdt-nightly/lastCompletedBuild/ will take you to the last completed build. You can also access builds directly by build-number but you'll get a 404 if the build is too old.
