[cdt-dev] Where to get the spawner for mac osx x86_64

Hi,

I am porting my CDT-based product to Mac OS X using the 64-bit JVM. When 
I run I get:
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no spawner in java.library.path

Looking at bugzilla

I see this has been fixed, but it doesn't seem to have made it into the 
latest release (CDT 6.0.2) (although there is an 'out of date' drop-in 
replacement).

Can anybody tell me how to get the spawner and add it to my release?
