[cdt-dev] implements IManagedOptionValueHandler

Hello,

 Can we define the include paths according to the project path.

for example: I've a project named : includeTypeAExample which location is C:\workspace\cprojects\includeTypeAExample

and the include paths are C:\includes4A

another project: includeTypeBExample in C:\workspace\cprojects\includeTypeBExample and the include paths for these typed B projects are C:\includes4B.

Can we resolve this problem implementing IManagedOptionValueHandler interface?
