Alena,
It'd be perfect if you can spend the time on cleaning up the API.
I am willing to do reviews. If that's ok for you, we can continue
the communication on bugzilla.
For the tooling markup it is best to configure the API tooling
(Context menu of project - PDE Tools - Setup API Tooling), then you
get content assist for the available tags.
