RE: [cdt-dev] Missing 6.1 version in bugzilla

You can use a query 
(e.g.
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/buglist.cgi?query_format=advanced;classifi
cation=Tools;product=CDT;target_milestone=7.0)

and select 'Change several bugs at once' on the bottom of the page.
