Re: [cdt-dev] third-party editors and CDT

I'm aware about using CDT4.0

See this page: http://www.slickedit.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=67&Itemid=141
They write:
Eclipse 3.5./x/
Optional: : CDT, JDT, and PDT are required for building, running, and debugging C/C++, Java, and PHP, respectively.

I know that these plug-ins exist. What I'm asking if is anyone has used these with CDT or know that they can be used.

Anyone know if CDT can be used with "third party" editors plug-ins like slickedit and emacs? If yes, do such editors have to explicitly support CDT?
