RE: [cdt-dev] Adding menu to DSF disassembly view's ruler contextmenu?

That's right, the disassembly view does not provide any public API.
The reason is that it was originally meant as a temporary substitute
for a more open and generic implementation [1], but this effort has stalled
for the time being.

It looks like we need to open it up a little, at least for breakpoint placement.
