It's a gdb term, so if a customer is using a translated version of gdb, they might expect it.

Since someone put it in the properties file, I'd assume it needs to be translated. Which also infers the contrary. If you don't want a string translated, don't put it in the properties file.

cdi.model.Target.Inferior_already_running=Inferior is already running

Should the word "Inferior" be translated?
