Re: [cdt-dev] Bug 53174 - I18N: CDT Debug can't find a non-ascii filename

I recently investigated bug 272425 and it's probably a duplicate of bug 53174. Looks like any non-ascii characters in the source path coming back from gdb is translated into numbers prepended with a backslash.

[cdt-dev] Bug 53174 - I18N: CDT Debug can't find a non-ascii filename

Hi,

Was just wondering what the status of this bug was? I'm still not
totally clear what the issue is with handling non-ascii characters -
is it in the MI coming back from gdb or somewhere inside Eclipse?

Mike
