[cdt-dev] RunToLine available in DSF-GDB

Hi,

Thanks to everyone that gave input about RunToLine.
I implemented it for DSF-GDB using a temporary breakoint.
It behaves in the same as for the JDT (at least that was my goal
and that is what my testing seemed to show.)
It is now available in HEAD.

One issue remains, but it is a rare case so I'm leaving it
as is, but tracked by
