RE: [cdt-dev] Indexer & context assist problems with templates

Programmatically you can use:
PlatformUI.getWorkbench().getDecoratorManager().setEnabled("org.eclipse.
cdt.ui.indexedFiles", true);

I don't know how this is persisted by the Platform.
