With my initial change for enabling the Outline View for inactive code branches (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=264666), inactive macro-definitions made it into the index, :-).

I'm seeing a severe indexer regression on my code base. Percent of unresolved names jumped from 0.5% to 2.53% since yesterday. I'll try to link this to a particular change.
