[cdt-dev] Component inboxes hooked up

Hey gang,

 

The inboxes for each component is now set as the default assignee for new bugs. Unlike the previous inboxes, these ones are actually eclipse.org accounts. To follow them, add them to your watch list.

 

I'm not going to make any further changes except for a trip through my component, cdt-core, to send things off.
